Payment and Refund Issue
- All the payments would be accepted on standard terms set by Saisha Creations.
- At Saisha we have high level of communication and interaction with our clients and complete execution is done with the approval of respective client and there is no provision for full or partial refund at any given point of time. In any circumstances the paid amount is not refunded.
- After the confirmed order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately. In the due course of time if by any reason your personal preferences are changed, that will not be treated as a reason to refund or chargeback.
- With special consideration in certain specific cases Saisha Creations decides to refund any amount, in that case Saisha will assign maximum of 48 hrs to shift the site, domain etc. Saisha shall cooperate in sharing the necessary usernames & passwords for FTP / Domain to facilitate transfer or shifting to the new service provider (though we strongly recommend hire professional service provider). Content shall not be provided in the form of any other media such as CD, pen drive, movable drives etc. This is done to avoid unknown technical complications or problems. On provision of this information, you would be solely responsible for the login information as well as content of the sites so provided.
- All payments for services at Saisha Creations have to be made in favour of "Saisha Creations" only. We have not authorized any individual or organization to collect payments in any other name (i.e. any other individual or organization name) for any services rendered by Saisha Creations. You are informed that under no circumstances will Saisha Creations be liable for any damage caused in your business transaction to such fraudulent individuals or organizations.
